In reply to your letter of the 10th instant,
I am directed by His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government to inform you that it is not usual to refund the cost of telegrams sent to this Government on His Majesty's service, and to enquire whether you wish to have the matter referred to His Majesty's Government.
